Today, with over 3,000 acres in production on the family farm in Saint-Constant and in California, Les Jardins Paul Cousineau & Fils inc. is not only Canada's largest broccoli producer, we also offer a range of other high-quality vegetables. We have the benefit of a microclimate that is favourable to broccoli production from June through November.

Our geographic location allows us to serve eastern Canada and the east coast of the United States, thus considerably reducing the distance our products travel, and shrinking our environmental footprint. Being able to deliver to markets in Toronto, New York, Boston and Philadelphia in less than a day means our produce stays fresh. Our products are found in most major grocery chains in eastern Canada and the United States.
